The Outpatient Program works with high-risk populations from a variety of backgrounds providing trauma-informed care aimed at reducing the harmful impacts of substance use. The San Francisco Outpatient Program is specifically designed for people who struggle with substance use disorders, mental health issue/co-occurring disorders, and criminal justice involvement. HealthRIGHT 360 has provided outpatient services for behavioral health disorders since 1985. Sound interesting? In this position you will gain invaluable experience working with a diverse population in a harm reduction and trauma-informed treatment setting as you help clients navigate needed mental health and substance use disorder services to reach health and recovery. The ideal candidate has experience in a combination of the following areas: counseling, case management, substance use disorder, mood and disorders, PTSD, harm reduction, diverse cultural sensitivity and competency, group therapy facilitation, collaborating as part of a team, and partnering with other organizations.
